Returns & Exchanges
At Magnolia Boutique, we want you to love every item you purchase! If something isn't quite right we're here to make the returns or exchange process as smooth as possible. Reach out to us with questions!
Holiday Return Window:
All eligible items purchased between November 17th, 2025 - December 1st 2026 can be returned up to January 7th, 2026. This excludes all items purchased with our Black Friday/Cyber Monday discount codes.
Holiday Doorbusters and Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return. Size swaps can be accommodated while supplies last.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Return & Exchange Options:
- Refund to Original Payment Method: Initiate and mail your return within 15 days of delivery.
- Store Credit or Exchange: Initiate and mail your return within 30 days of delivery.
- Please place packing slip inside package when applicable
*Please note items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
* Store credit expires after one year of it being issued.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Jewelry & Accessories
- Intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, socks, and hats
- Holiday Doorbusters
- Health & Beauty items
- Orders using discount codes at or over 30% sitewide
Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag with a protective shipping box.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for high return rates within a year.
How do I return my merchandise?
1. Simply click on the Return Portal link above and follow the steps for the available options.
2. Place merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.
3. Print the provided return label and packing slip and send your item back to us!
Processing Time:
- Refunds & Store Credit: Processed within 7-9 business days after being delivered to our warehouse
- Exchanges: New exchange orders are created automatically after initiated (you will be charged if previous item(s) not received by us after 15 days)
- Emails are generated and sent once your return is initiated
If you opted for Checkout+ for $2.98 at checkout, your return shipping cost is covered! Otherwise, a flat $10 shipping & handling fee will be applied.
If you choose to ship back your return independently, processing may take up to two weeks. Please retain your tracking information.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@magnoliaboutique.com. We'll arrange for a replacement ASAP, or a refund if the item is unavailable.
